Casserole
| 2 Can cream of chicken soup, condensed 3/4 Cup mayonnaise 1/2 Cup milk 3 Tbl honey 2 Tbl Dijon mustard 4 Cup cooked chicken chopped 1 Pkg frozen shredded hash brown potatoes 3 Cup frozen carrot slices
In a large bowl, combine the first 5 ingredients. Stir in chicken, hash
browns and carrots. Transfer to a greased 13x9 inch baking dish. Cover and bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes. Uncover and bake 15-20 minutes longer or until bubbly. Per serving: 460 Calories; 32g Fat (61% calories from fat); 25g Protein; 20g Carbohydrate; 76mg Cholesterol; 893mg Sodium
