Casserole





3 bunches broccoli
3 C cooked rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 C mayonnaise
seasonings
grated cheddar for topping

Cut the broccoli into pieces and boil until tender.
(I use the broth to cook my rice. And I add some Season All and garlic powder to the rice.)
Spray a 9 x 13 inch pan with cooking spray. Layer the rice, then the cooked broccoli.
Mix the soup, mayo, and your favorite seasonings. (Again I use Season All, garlic, pepper)
Spread this mix on top of the broccoli and top with the cheddar.
Bake at 350 for about 30 min. or until the mix is hot and bubbly.
